Individual businesses have different financial needs, and the SBA has numerous types of financing available to service these needs.  Centinel specializes in most types of SBA loans.  These various loan types are summarized below:

7(a) Loans   (Regular Term Loans)
Due to its flexibility, this is the most widely used of the SBA loan programs.  It provides permanent financing for virtually any business purpose including real estate purchases, construction, equipment purchases, business acquisitions and working capital.   Loan amounts of up to $5,000,000 with terms of up to 25 years are available.

504 Loans   (Fixed Asset Purchases)
This program is designed for fixed asset purchases for real estate and equipment.   The primary advantage of 504 financing is that financing packages can be over $10,000,000 with terms of up to 20-25 years.

CapLines   (Lines of Credit)
This program provides working capital lines of credit.  Financing can be used for normal fluctuations in business cash flows, seasonal needs, specific contract financing and builder lines.  Loan amounts of up to $5,000,000 with terms of up to 10 years are available.
